Prescription Refills

For routine prescription refills, please contact our office (407-426-8484) as early as possible Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8:00am to 3:30pm.

A nursing staff member will contact your physician regarding your request, and contact you regarding your prescription request by the end of the normal business day.  Please remember that the following information is required for all prescription requests:

• The Patient's Full Name,
• The Patient's Date of Birth,
• The Physician's name the patient is seeing at Cancer Centers of Florida,
• The Drug name and dosage, and
• The Patient's Pharmacy and phone number.

PLEASE NOTE:  We are unable to provide a prescription refill on weekends or national holidays.
